YEAR

2025

A bistro in a working train station that needed a name you can shout across a platform.

The owners had a lease, a chef and a working title nobody could pronounce over a departure announcement.

What we did

We named it after the building. Depot is one word, two syllables, and was already painted on the facade in 1930s lettering we redrew rather than replaced.

The menu is a single printed sheet, reset weekly by the chef from a two-style template. Interior graphics reuse the departure-board grid.
