Terms.
Short version: fixed prices, named revision rounds, and the work is yours the day the last invoice clears.

SCOPE
These terms cover work we do for you unless a signed proposal says otherwise. The proposal wins.
MONEY
Fixed prices, quoted before we start. Forty per cent on kick-off, forty on sign-off, twenty on launch. Invoices are due in fourteen days.
REVISIONS
Every scope names its rounds. Further rounds are billed at €95 an hour, agreed in writing first.
OWNERSHIP
On final payment the work is yours: source files, font licences in your name, the Framer project transferred to your account. Until then it is ours.
OUR PORTFOLIO
We show finished work on this site and in awards entries. Tell us if something is under embargo and it stays off until you say so.
DELAYS
If feedback stops for more than fourteen days the schedule moves and the current stage is invoiced.
CANCELLING
Either side can stop. You pay for what has been done; we hand over what exists.
